We're absolutely thrilled and incredibly grateful to share some exciting news about the growth of our retail business. We've reached a significant milestone, and it wouldn't have been possible without the invaluable support we've received from the North Devon+ Business Boost Programme!

For any small business venturing into the retail world, the initial hurdles can often feel like mountains. Two of the most significant challenges we faced were the high costs associated with product presentation – specifically, the expense of labels and the difficulties in managing short-run or small orders of packaging like bags. These costs could quickly eat into margins and limit our ability to offer a diverse range of products or adapt to customer demand efficiently.

That's where the North Devon+ Business Boost Programme stepped in. Their generous financial support has been a game-changer for us. Thanks to their grant, we've been able to invest in solutions that directly address these key challenges. We can now manage our labeling costs much more effectively and have the flexibility to order packaging in quantities that truly suit our needs, without being penalized by exorbitant prices for smaller batches.

This newfound efficiency and cost-effectiveness have provided us with a solid foundation upon which to build and expand the retail side of our business. We can now confidently explore new product lines, experiment with different branding approaches, and ultimately better serve our customers. The elimination of these previous constraints has opened up a world of possibilities, allowing us to focus on what we do best: creating and delivering high-quality products.
