Intense, smooth and well balanced blend. Flavours of Caramel, coconut and berry afternotes. Low acidity.

Our gunpowder blend was created with the aim of being all the ammunition you need for your coffee setup. No matter how you brew, the Gunpowder Blend works perfectly as your morning, noon, and if you need it, night coffee! Designed to be an all round people pleaser.

At Cannon, our efforts go towards paying more to the hardest working people in the coffee industry. The farmers.

Our suppliers work alongside Muraho Trading Co which works with co-operatives to improve production, receive a higher price for their coffee, and introduce them to new lucrative markets. This will be a continuous work in progress as our suppliers work with challenges Rwandan coffee producers face.

      From Ana Pellicer

'Mi is, first of all, a farm in Monte Santo de Minas, Brazil. A tiny town where I was born 30 years ago, and so was everyone in my family for at least four generations. Last year we decided we did not want it to be just a farm anymore, we wanted to export our coffee, importing it into the UK ourselves, store it here and sell it directly to roasteries.

We dreamed of making the term direct trade actually mean something to our farm, and everyone involved in the process. We want to be producers who are in charge of all decisions regarding the supply chain. We want to take control and expand our traceability to the roaster's door. What is the point of all the traceability work we do at the farm level if we don't know exactly what happens to our coffee afterwards?

Sustainability is incredibly important to us, and we have many projects we are working on to support social, economic and environmental stability'.

Zombo Coffee Partners is a specialty coffee company working in close partnership with smallholder farmers. Their home is the Alur Highlands of north-west Uganda, on the banks of the Nile and bordering DR Congo.

Farmers practice sustainable agriculture on their smallholdings and harvest their ripe cherry coffee with the greatest care. To maximise its quality and consistency, the cherry is centrally-processed in microstations, tiny washing stations that the farmer groups own and operate themselves. They prepare their coffee using the fully-washed, honey and natural methods.
